Having the pool and hot tub open until 11 PM was a real treat. The water was warm and relaxing, and breakfast was excellent. The two women working in the breakfast area were friendly and attentive. Our room and the rest of the hotel were clean, and thanks to Brittany in housekeeping, we arrived to a fresh room. Everyone was so friendly, the kindest hotel staff we’ve experienced. Angela helped us check in and made us feel welcome right away. We love the Holiday Inn Express, had a wonderful stay, and will definitely return.

Easy check-in, welcoming staff, and even the other guests were friendly. My son got to breakfast late, but they were still really nice to him. Maria was very helpful when we checked out. This was another IHG stay, this time at Holiday Inn across the street from Candlewood. Shout out to Loraine 👋. All good vibes, and it’s why I keep coming back to Collingwood.

For a quick visit, this was a great choice. The room was comfortable and clean, and breakfast was good with lots of vegetarian options. The women who helped us check in were so friendly and helpful.

The room was great, new, and perfectly spotless, with a very comfortable bed. The staff were kind, and parking and Wi-Fi were free. The hotel is in an industrial area, which isn’t ideal, but it’s quiet and only a short drive to things. Even an Uber straight to Blue Mountain is only $10. One serious issue if you have scent allergies: every room is deliberately scented with a signature apple-like perfume, and all the soaps are heavily scented too.

The included breakfast was a full breakfast, not just a continental one, and the rooms were brand-new and immaculate. For the comfort and price, it’s hard to go wrong. Blue is only a ten-minute drive away, with plenty of good restaurants nearby in Collingwood.
