Room 203 was quiet and clean, and we had no noise issues even over Valentine's Day weekend, Friday and Saturday. The water was soft and just right. We especially loved unwinding in the bathrobes with our favorite red wine and listening to vinyl. The record player was a great touch, and the room's decor showed so much care in the details. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the towels and robes felt high class. My fiance and I had an amazing, memorable experience that exceeded what we expected. The espresso machine was lovely in the morning. We can't wait to return.

The staff made us feel cared for and celebrated, and their warm, attentive service made our visit memorable. We celebrated our anniversary at The Dorchester, where the room was comfortable, luxurious, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully prepared for the occasion. The hotel has a timeless feel, with impressive attention to detail from the moment we arrived. We'd recommend it for a special occasion and are already looking forward to coming back. Thanks for making our anniversary so special.

Loved the room's record player, the decor, and the touches recalling how the hotel looked years ago. The rooms were clean, the beds comfy, and the kitchen and Nespresso machine were great. We arrived late and were out all day, so we only saw someone in the morning and can't really comment on service. There isn't anyone on site after a certain time, but getting in as guests was easy and very cool. It was pricey, but an amazing stay. Thank you. Heather

My daughter and I had a lovely overnight stay at The Dorchester. The decor was exquisite and the service was great. Little touches stood out, like lavender pouches on the pillows and plenty of towels, along with the hotel's beautiful look and excellent cleanliness. The boardroom was stunning too, and got me thinking about future work offsites. It's a gem and a must try when in Collingwood, along with the Scandinave Spa. We'll definitely be back.

The restaurant and lobby bar were beyond impressive, and the location couldn't be better. My third-floor suite had a full kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living space, plus two 50-inch TVs. There was even a record player with vinyl. A really well done stay.
