Kingbridge Conference Centre & Hotel

The Kingbridge Centre worked really well for our conference. It’s quiet and well cared for, and the clean, organized facilities had what we needed for meetings and presentations. The food stayed good throughout, with plenty of variety and thoughtful attention to dietary needs. Staff were attentive, professional, and quick to respond without hovering. A smooth experience, and I’d recommend it for academic or professional gatherings and retreats.

Marylou, the events manager, made a real difference when I hosted a work conference here. Planning can get arduous, and she went out of her way to handle requests from me and my team, including some last-minute ones. The rest of the staff were accommodating and worked with us on everything we needed. The meeting setup, amenities, service, and food all impressed me. It’s handy to have everything available in one place, and I’d definitely recommend booking a venue here.

Not being able to book online on my own was the downside. The conference room rates were great, though, and the food was fresh and delicious, with a good selection for vegetarians. There’s a shuttle for parking, and the driver and bartenders deserve an A+.

Our event went off without a hitch, which isn’t easy, and our team felt very well looked after by Marylou and everyone across the Centre. Every person we dealt with was responsive, kind, and helpful. The food was great, and we felt we got more value than we paid for. The Kingbridge Centre is a hidden gem for hosting a team, with a picturesque spot just outside the city and easy airport access.
