That 24-hour coffee in the lobby was my favorite part, and it was always available. The place is good value, too. My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a really comfortable bed. The hotel feels modern and well looked after, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and focused on guests. Breakfast was included, and there was plenty of tasty food.

The owners are hands-on with the day-to-day running, and you can see the care they put into everything. I stayed here with colleagues and we held our Christmas party in the conference room. The staff were especially friendly, the food was amazing, and everything we needed was there. The whole experience was over-the-top excellent. Highly recommend!

The one thing I wish were different is the bathroom sink and vanity area. There isn't a door to close it off from the living room, so a bit more privacy would be nice. Otherwise, the hotel and service were exceptional.

The wheelchair-accessible sink and tilted mirror are good, and there are roll-in showers. But the shower wasn't lowered for my arrival, and the hooks weren't at an accessible height, which was disappointing. Plush carpet in those rooms also doesn't work for wheelchair access.

We were touched by a small effort this Easter weekend. With so many cars in the parking lot, someone had clearly taken the time to do something thoughtful when we opened our door on the way to breakfast. Thank you. We were in Bridgewater to see family and spend time with our grandkids and great-grandkids, including the newest baby, who was just six days old. The staff are always amazing whenever we stay.
