The breakfast selection was smaller than I'd hoped, and I had expected more. Still, our family had a refreshing stay. The staff were friendly, the room was very clean, and the atmosphere felt peaceful and cozy with a modern look. It was a nice hotel experience overall.

The lobby had plenty of seating and felt cozy, and the free breakfast was very good. Our rooms were clean, and the staff were kind and helpful, even bringing a baby crib on short notice. The pool could have been cleaner, though it was fine. I'll definitely book again.

I used the gym and the pool, which even had a lift chair, though I think the accessible door button for the pool was missing. The breakfast was great, with eggs, potatoes and breakfast meat as well as waffles, cereal and toast. They also had brown bags for workers leaving without breakfast, with an apple, water, bagel and spreads. My husband took one each day and appreciated it. I was visiting a disability forum in Toronto and told people about this hotel. Some said they'd make the trip to Cornwall just to see how well it had been done. The whole place was sparkling clean, and when I told the receptive staff what worked and what needed attention, they took note. My accessible room started with a key scanner at wheelchair height that opened the door automatically, plus a visual doorbell. There was lots of space for mobility devices and a fully accessible bathroom. The roll-in shower had a fold-down seat, handheld wand, and controls positioned for use from the seat. Hotel shampoo was within reach, and there was plenty of counter space for supplies and personal care. There were also lots of hooks at an accessible height. The tray for my own supplies, though, was by the secondary controls and waterfall shower head intended for non-disabled users. Two things need improvement: the bathroom light runs on a timer, so I finished showering in the dark, which didn't feel safe, and the mattress was extremely soft, making it hard for disabled people to turn over and easy to get stuck. The adjustable desk chair was very comfortable, and the firm chair by the bed was at a great height. There was space for everyone throughout the hotel. Kudos!

Breakfast was warmer and fresher than we'd expected, and coffee and tea were available all the time. The kids loved the pool, although the water was a little too cold and they still played. Board games were on hand too. Everything was super clean, and check-in and check-out were easy. For this price, it was 10 out of 10. We'd definitely stay again.
