City Centre Motel

The new owner checked us in and was a really nice, helpful young man. The weather was cold and rainy, so he brought over an extra heater and offered to help with anything else we needed. He also gave us good tips for places to eat. I’m very picky about cleanliness, and this was the cleanest room I’ve seen in years, cleaner than some five-star hotels in Maui. It’s not fancy, but it’s comfortable, right in town, and nicely upgraded. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if I’m in Creston.

The rooms and prices aren’t the only things that make this motel special. The people staying in the other rooms were friendly and nice, and the owner was kind and really helpful. I love it here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a room.

We stayed here in both 2017 and 2018, and loved it. The renovated rooms are spacious and clean, with a nice spot to sit outside, and it’s great value. The owners are usually around looking after things, and there’s a secure place to lock up our bikes. There’s a good pub for dinner just a block away, and Creston’s main street is about the same distance.

The area was quiet, and the motel is just off the highway. Our room was clean and comfortable, with the basics we needed and a little dining table that gave us some extra space. Check-in was really pleasant, too. The staff member who helped us was kind and genuine. I’d stay here again.
