A really nice place by the water, tucked away but easy to get to. The view is good too.

Nice place, though parking can be a problem on weekends. On weekdays, parking is paid.
Great views, but expensive, and still under development.
We come to Dartmouth every summer. Sitting on a waterfront bench by the murals and paintings with morning coffee is such a peaceful way to relax. We also tie a ribbon on the little bridge each year to remember our trip. 🥰
I wish the development added something people could enjoy and interact with, instead of more towers that look like they're only there to make money. The buildings are massive and feel a little pretentious, selling a view without much else to offer. It would be good to see the city beautified with something interesting to look at. Parking is another frustration. I understand street parking usually costs money, but people coming to a restaurant or bar are supporting the developers and local businesses, so free parking would be welcome. I hope they think carefully about whatever they build in front of these towers. That's just my two cents, but surely a building doesn't have to look like every other one.
