Sir Edgar House B&B

I only took one photo, and I think it says it all. The house's details, and the room and bathroom, are each worth taking in. Cordell was a great host. He told us about the history of Sir Edgar and places to see and eat. Breakfast was simple, just right to get anyone's day started.

Our host was engaging and knew a lot about the area. The house is lovely, and our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast and fresh coffee were fresh and filling. Lots of amenities are within walking distance. We had a wonderful stay.

The place was quiet, clean, and beautifully maintained, with loads of character. I came down early to soft cello music, and Cordel had waffles and sausages ready for us. He also shared the home's history. I left feeling refreshed, like a sickly Victorian child sent to the seaside for a weekend and then recovered. It was a tremendous stay. We'll be back, hopefully soon!

Sir Edgar is a little gem in Dauphin, a hundred-year-old house full of charm. We enjoyed talking with our super friendly host, Cordell, and the breakfast was remarkable and tasted great. The living room has books, a TV, coffee machine, mini fridge, and hot and cold water. This was our second year staying here, and we're already planning next year's visit. There's plenty to see and do nearby. We chose the main room, which faces Main Street but is quiet compared with city noise. It has a terrace with a table and chairs, a main bed, and a sofa bed in the room's living area. The full bathroom has a shower door. There's a 7 eleven two blocks away and a Mr Mikes restaurant nearby with good lunch and dinner options.
