The staff quickly brought up sheets for the pull out couch and extra blankets, even though it was later in the evening. The kids didn't have to share. ❤️ Our favorite part was the heated pool and water slide. It was actually warm, unlike some other heated pools. We had an amazing experience!

The rooms are modern and comfortable, and both room service and cleaning are excellent. The hotel and service are 5/5 for me, but breakfast gets 2/5. Compared with their Fort St John location, breakfast here feels quite scaled back. FSJ has thick bacon every morning. This hotel seldom has bacon, and when it does, it's thin. The rest of the time it's always cheap sausage.

My suite was amazing. The bedroom could be completely blacked out, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was huge, with a huge bathtub, too. The brand new renovated suites are gorgeous and spacious, with an amazing four kitchen. Everything feels very up to date.

Our unrenovated floor was clean and functional, and I didn't personally see or hear any renovation work. The front desk service was excellent and very accommodating. Our group could use the breakfast area for an evening team dinner, while the parents visited and relaxed and the kids went swimming. Breakfast was good, and the hotel is in a great location. We stayed one night with my son's U15 hockey team. Thank you!

The building looked and smelled new, and the friendly staff were 10/10. I was very happy with the service. The pool and hot tub were great perks, and breakfast had lots of choices. Whoever makes the coffee in the morning could add a few more scoops of grounds before brewing 😉
