Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Airport Dieppe by IHG

We'd happily stay here again, especially with a family or hockey team. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, with good beds and plenty of room, and the hotel was clean, modern, and well cared for. Staff were helpful and friendly, and check-in and checkout were quick and easy. The location made getting to most of the area's hockey rinks easy, with shopping, restaurants, and highway access nearby. Breakfast was okay but had limited choices. The coffee was good, and Tim’s is right outside. The kids loved the pool, though it got loud and busy. We were there for the Holiday Classic ECI hockey tournament, when the hotel was full of families and kids, so noise was part of the stay. Still, it was a solid visit and I'd recommend it.

I was there for a meeting, and breakfast was included in my rate. The room worked well for me, with a large desk, couch, coffee table, fridge, and wardrobe. It was clean and well equipped. The pool room and gymn were easy to reach near the check-in desk, the entrance was covered, and parking was good and well lit.

The room layout worked really well for us. The sitting area had a couch and chair, plus a bar with two stools connected to a kitchenette with a sink, microwave, and good sized mini fridge. There was a keurig with k-cups and other coffee supplies, along with plenty of drawers and cupboards. After the bathroom, which had a bathtub and shower, were two closets, a bureau, desk, and two queen beds. There were outlets and USB outlets by the nightstand and around the room. The beds were clean and soft, with two pillow types to choose from, and the pullout sofa made the two queen bed suite flexible. Housekeeping came daily and did a great job while respecting our things. We got blankets, sheets, and pillows for the pullout in under 10 minutes. Towels were changed daily. The bathroom was spacious, with full size Dove conditioner, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, and lotion. A hairdryer and iron were also provided. Breakfast changed each day and had good variety; the kids especially liked the pancake machine. There were a decent number of tables, and the breakfast staff were sweet, attentive, and kept everything clean and stocked. The pool was heated, open from 6 am to 11 pm, and had towels, chairs, and loungers. Kids were often left unattended, though, and staff didn't monitor them, so things could get rowdy and loud. The hotel is just off NB15, near shops and places to eat, with a gas station and Tim Horton in the same parking lot. Our stay was comfortable, clean, and safe, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Rosemarie is a terrific employee in the breakfast area. She's upbeat, greets everyone with a big smile, and quickly takes care of requests. Her friendly way with people is exactly what you want from someone in service.
