We were three adults in a two-bedroom, two-bathroom corner unit, and everything matched what we expected. The room was comfortable, with good beds and pillows, and it was clean. Jarvis Grand Stays also communicated well before, during, and after our visit. We had an excellent stay.

The room was clean, comfortable, and felt brand new. It was also peaceful despite being in a large tower. Check-in happens entirely by text, which made it very efficient, though it might feel odd if you’re used to traditional hotels.

The room was very hot with no AC, and the parking they said was available turned out not to be. They didn’t know where the room key was, then left us waiting on the phone for 30 minutes while a staff member was rude. Horrible scam.

The unit was dirty, and so were the sheets and towels. The beds weren’t comfortable either.
