It's an older motel that's been nicely updated, with several room options: single or double rooms, bedroom suites, and some with kitchenettes. There's no air conditioning, but the thick concrete retaining wall keeps the rooms fairly cool in summer. The radiant heat can be controlled separately in each room.

After paying 1290 for the room and a 400 damage deposit, I changed my mind an hour later. I didn't feel safe: there were drug addicts in every room and people screaming in the parking lot. I hadn't even stayed one night, so I asked for a refund. The manager said they would ask the owner to process it, but it's been a month and he hasn't answered my calls or texts. I still have no response from the owner about the refund or how he plans to resolve this. Now I have to sue to get my money back. They're scammers and crooks. I can't wait to see him in court. He doesn't know my niece is a criminal lawyer, and I plan to sue him for 3% interest per day, emotional damages, and her fees. Please, anyone reading this, don't stay here.

I wouldn't recommend staying here. I was there for a while, and the staff were rude and disrespectful. There was lots of yelling, shouting, and violent behavior, and the cops were always there. The room had no heat apart from a space heater.

I paid cash for a two-day stay and left a deposit that I was supposed to get back. None of the phone numbers work when you try to call.
