Breakfast was homemade and great, and the garden was lovely and well kept. Their dog is super cute and friendly, too. I'd come back. The Garden room is basically the whole basement, with its own entrance, a pool table room, and a living room area. I think it can sleep 4-5 people, so it seems like good value for a group that size. For one or two people, the cost felt about average for a tourist area where hotels are pretty pricey. The main things that bothered us were the heavy scent in the room. We had to take out all the Glade plug-ins to tolerate it. The walls were thin, so we heard a lot of stomping, though that's not surprising in an older house.

Maureen made sure I had enough to eat at breakfast despite my dietary restrictions, and the food was delicious. When my husband and I arrived, Maureen and Poppy greeted us, introduced us to George, and told us about breakfast. They showed us our room and where the washroom was. The room was a good size and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The pillows were a little too soft for me. I'd highly recommend staying at this bed and breakfast.

We had a wonderful holiday here. The two hosts were interesting and very talkative, and their dog Poppy was enthusiastic too. My son loves dinosaurs and fossils, and he says he'd stay here again when he comes back to Drumheller. There's also a great fossil shop 400 meters from the house at the bridgehead. We've visited many dinosaur museums because of my son's interest, and this is definitely the best shop we've been to.

We had a huge disappointment with how dirty the walk-out basement suite was. On arrival, there was dirt and crumbs all over the bathroom toilet, floor, couch, table, and other surfaces. I borrowed their vacuum and bought wipes so I could clean it myself. The suite also had an overpowering air freshener smell. It needs a thorough deep clean before each new guest checks in. The location was excellent, with easy driving access to the sights and an easy walk into town for restaurants and shops. There was a lovely outdoor patio overlooking the quiet backyard garden. Breakfast was enormous, and the dining space was nice. The suite had plenty of room, with a TV room, pool table, table and four chairs, a bedroom with three beds, and a bathroom with a shower.

The garden was beautiful and a nice place to unwind, and downtown Drumheller was only five minutes away. Maureen and George were lovely hosts. Our room matched its description, and they served a delicious breakfast right on time. We'd happily stay again and recommend this B&B.
