Best Western Hotel Universel Drummondville

Ryan was at the desk when we arrived at the Drummondville location. He welcomed us right away, was great with our kids, and got us checked in quickly. We also ate at the restaurant on site, where the staff were great. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and our family had fun in the pool and hot tub.

It's been a long time since I've had such a good hotel stay. The staff, clean rooms and common areas, and location all stood out. I'll be back.

The room had a fridge, which was useful, and the lobby was nice. The hotel was easy to find, and the pool looked good, though we didn't have time to use it. There's just one elevator, and it was a bit slow. The room looked somewhat updated when we came in, but the bathroom was dated, the toilet was very low, and there were hairs on it and on the bathroom floor. I also found the mattress really uncomfortable. This was the first Best Western Plus I've stayed at without a free continental breakfast. Scores is a nice chicken restaurant next door, and there's a Wendy's too. Would I stay again? Probably not, though I would if I had to.

The rooms are clean and nice, and the front desk staff are exceptional. There's also a good restaurant and bar attached if you want to stay close to your room. A great choice if you're in town, and I'd recommend it to international travelers here for business.
