Quality Suites Drummondville

The building is beautiful and the service was kind. The pool and mini gym were nice extras, and the late opening meant you could avoid the kids’ swim time for a more relaxed swim. Breakfast was good too. It cost a bit more than other places of similar quality we’ve stayed at.

The staff were especially welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Our room was clean and comfortable, and I’d gladly return.

Our girls loved the small, well-kept pool, and there were plenty of towels and chairs. Breakfast was fine, with enough of what we needed, and an A&W next door made grabbing a quick bite easy. There’s also a little convenience store where we got wine and a replacement cord. We’d stay again if we were traveling that way. We had a family room for one night with our two young girls on the way to Quebec City after skiing. The building is lovely and the staff were fine. The room wasn’t the nicest I’ve stayed in, but it was fine. The extra sink, utensils, plates, and other little items were useful. The hotel provided a pack and play, though I wish they’d set it up because it was a bit difficult. The main problem was hearing the person in the next room urinate, including the sound of liquid hitting the water, not just flushing. It was very uncomfortable, especially since we couldn’t hear them otherwise.

The manager and staff gave us a free upgrade, which was a lovely gesture, and the stay was very comfortable. Our room had three bedrooms and plenty of space, plus treats for the dog. There’s free coffee all day and a small gym with a working treadmill, free weights, and a few other machines. Breakfast was decent for the price. We had booked for the 19th of this month, and the staff interactions and atmosphere were good. Thank you.
