The beach access in the listing was a letdown, since the area was mossy and not suitable for swimming. We also hadn't been told that the homeowner lives downstairs in the basement, and the 11 p.m. quiet-time rule felt a little unreasonable for a vacation rental. Inside, the house was tidy and looked like the photos, just as advertised. The master bedroom was comfortable, though its bathroom shower curtain was very dirty along the bottom and needs replacing. The second bedroom's bed was extremely hard, and the third bedroom's was too small for an adult to sleep comfortably. We stayed three nights. There were a few things that could be improved.
