We had such a lovely weekend with the family, including our three children aged two and under. The chalet was very clean and the decor was enchanting. We’ll definitely come back!

A real disaster. The chalet was run-down, the Wi-Fi didn’t work, and the dock was badly smashed up. There were ants throughout the chalet and spider webs too. There was no spa, and the pedal boats didn’t work. The website gave a misleading impression, and when we went to complain, the owner laughed at us. The office was a pigsty. You can hear the highway, so it’s really not relaxing. Good luck!

The setting is enchanting, the chalet is huge, and seeing Canada geese arrive with their goslings was amazing. But Highway 10 makes constant noise, so it’s not relaxing at all. There were huge ants all over the ground floor, many of the windows wouldn’t open, and the patio door had no screen. Of the three bedrooms, only one bed on the second floor was clean. It was unbearably hot up there. The fans provided were very noisy, and the second-floor bathroom had almost no water pressure. Getting hot water there was difficult too.

The host was so welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The chalet is in a peaceful, quiet spot, close to outdoor activities like Mont Orford. Amazing place, highly recommended!
