I especially want to recognize Grace at the front desk for how well she responds to and cares for the people staying here. She goes above and beyond. I've also been impressed by the other front desk staff. My son is staying at the hotel, and from what I've seen, the lobby feels spacious, welcoming, and homey. I really appreciate this place and the service it provides.

I first stayed here in April 2022 and got lost trying to find my way. The front desk girl went out of her way to help me, and she was very kind. I also had no money then and couldn't afford the damage deposit. She understood my situation and didn't ask me to pay it. The service was perfect, and her kindness meant a lot to me. Even if I find somewhere cheaper, I'll choose this place next time I'm in Edmonton. Thank you, and may God bless you and your business.

Grace was cheerful and helpful every time we saw her. She made us feel welcome from my call to book right through checkout, and she really made our stay great.

The woman at check-in was friendly and nice, and the rates were much lower than at other hotels. Everything else was terrible. I had an executive room on the top floor: the bathroom fan didn't work, the cold water in the sink wasn't working properly, and the hotel directory hadn't been updated in over eight years. The bed didn't have a proper sheet, and the top sheet had purple stains. Calling the front desk from the room got me nowhere because no one answered. I went down and checked various floors, but couldn't find any staff. The hotel's main line was no help either. They just told me to wait for housekeeping to come around. When I did manage to find staff, they were very friendly, but I wouldn't recommend staying here.
