Junard, the Guest Service Manager, made our stay especially good. He was welcoming, very friendly, and went out of his way to help us. His hospitality made us feel cared for and turned a good stay into a great one. The room at Sandman Hotel Edmonton West was spacious and comfortable too. Thanks for the excellent service, Junard. We'd definitely stay again.

I've just spent 12 nights across three Sandman hotels, and the Edmonton one was the best. Maria and her manager took the best care of me, and the other two locations could learn from them. The room was clean and the service was great. I wouldn't change a thing, and I'm looking forward to coming back here and to the other locations I stayed at.

The pool and hot tub area was nice, but there isn't a change room. You have to go through the fitness room and use the bathroom to change. The coffee was so weak I went to McDonald's for a real one, and the pillows were too soft. Cleanliness was average: our room hadn't been vacuumed at check-in, though the rest was okay. Service was good, and the hotel itself was decent.

At check-in, we realized our assigned room didn't have the features we were told it would when we booked. Maria at reception quickly moved us to a room that met our needs and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied. Her prompt help and excellent service made us very pleased with the stay. Based on that, we'd highly recommend the hotel.

We came for a referee event and really enjoyed our weekend. Our reservation was large and complicated, but Maria made sure we were satisfied, looked after us referees, and helped us get all our diamond perks and everything else we needed. It was nice to have a friendly interaction with her each time we came through the lobby. Keep making people's day, Maria! :)
