I found the experience at Hendrix Apartments mixed. The unit is somewhat small, though the facilities are decent, and I especially enjoyed the rooftop lounge as a place to relax and socialize. The building amenities are generally well maintained. My main frustration was dealing with one of the male office staff members who joined in recent months or years. He missed scheduled appointments, and reaching the office by phone was extremely difficult. After moving out, I returned the third key, but the deposit I should have received back still hasn't arrived. He said he'd check on it, but I never got any update or reply. The way this was handled felt unprofessional and frustrating. I hope management improves office communication and accountability.

The maintenance team has been committed and supportive whenever something comes up, usually showing up at my door within five hours. Ryan is the most supportive person I've seen in that group. Olena and Grace have backed me up in all sorts of situations, and while management changes from time to time, they make sure someone better takes over. Heather and Chanelle have been busy, informed, and quick to follow up since starting here. I can't think of anything negative about this place. Here's to another year at the Hendrix ✨

Chanelle has been so friendly and helpful whenever we've needed support. The views are amazing, and the building feels peaceful and comfortable, with a welcoming community. I've had a really nice experience living at The Hendrix.

After moving from another province, I needed a home on short notice. Zak, the leasing consultant, answered my questions quickly, arranged a viewing right away, and showed me what I was looking for. He also made sure move-in went smoothly and that I had all the information I needed along the way. His professionalism, communication, and work ethic made the transition much easier. I've been at The Hendrix for two months and feel really happy here. The building is clean and quiet, and the location is convenient, close to everything. Zak and Chanel were patient and kind, helping me with move-in and explaining things clearly. Gary from maintenance was friendly too and fixed a few small things quickly. I feel lucky to have found this place.
