The gentleman I spoke with was friendly and informative, even though I arrived late and woke him up, sorry again! My room at the Pembina River Inn was clean, cozy, and really nice. A great little place for anyone passing through who wants a comfortable spot. I'd happily come back and recommend it.

I was uneasy about the door security and would be more willing to return if they added a stronger secondary lock. I'd stay again only if there were no other options. The front desk lady was nice, though I had to ask for the information I needed. The bed was comfortable enough, the bedding was fine, and the fridge worked very well. There were plenty of lights plus a fridge and microwave, but the furniture drawers were nailed shut and wouldn't open. The AC struggled in the heat, and the bed could use an upgrade. I checked with a black light when I arrived and things were better than I expected, though the front of the toilet and tub hadn't been cleaned. The bathroom wall above the toilet also needs putty and paint.

The front desk guy was super nice and courteous. It's pet friendly, with a restaurant on either side. Excellent place to stay.

I was here for work, but the room hadn't been cleaned and there were bugs. The faucet was broken, so I couldn't shower. When I asked about changing rooms, the lady responded passive aggressively.
