They gave away our rooms after we’d paid, then used a master key to open guests’ doors and check whether any rooms were vacant. After an hour, we managed to get three of the four rooms. Checkout was a mess and took far too long. Everything is on paper and feels disorganized. I was sworn at several times and felt unsafe during the stay. Absolutely terrible experience.

The customer service was what stood out: friendly, professional, and truly helpful. They dealt with every request quickly and with a smile. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained too. I’d definitely stay again.

I’m not sure who replies to reviews here, but they need to look into their own hotel and rooms. My sister reviewed the bathroom because its window faces another room and has no curtain. How are you meant to shower without someone possibly seeing you naked? Someone replied as if she were basically lying, claiming it was a bedroom window and that bathrooms don’t have windows. The photo is a panorama, so it isn’t the clearest, but the window is across from the shower and clearly in the bathroom. They don’t clean the rooms either. There was an old peach on the floor from a previous guest.

The service was accommodating and the rooms were clean. The air conditioner needs some work, though, and there was no outdoor key provided even though no desk agent was there at night. There are often beggars outside.
