I'm here Monday to Friday, so the upgrade from a king room to a suite was a nice surprise. A lovely woman at the front desk even helped me take my luggage to the room. It's been updated and feels warm, and the Wi-Fi is reliable, which I need for work trips. The downtown location means I can walk to Starbucks, Save-On and a couple of good restaurants. 10/10 for me.

I've stayed here several times over the years for work and have always had good service and good value. The desk staff have been helpful whenever I've needed to extend my stay or change something. It's right downtown, within walking distance of lots of amenities. A great place to stay.

I couldn't make it to breakfast, unfortunately, but the fine folks at BCMInns let me check in quite early with no hassle. After a long, aggravating day, being able to get a solid nap while my car was being worked on meant a lot. It's a small thing, but I really appreciated it.

For the price, this is a great deal and really practical. The kitchen comes with plates, cutlery, bowls, a mini fridge and microwave, and the bed was comfortable. I also appreciated the blackout blinds. It's a bit dated, and the hallway has a slightly odd smell, but this is probably the best value in town.

The staff are really nice and accommodating, and the location works well for me: malls and restaurants are close by, and my work bus stops right by the hotel. It has everything I need, so I'll keep staying here when I'm in Fort Mac. 10/10, would recommend!
