The front desk staff made the visit stand out. They welcomed me with a smile, got me checked in quickly, answered my questions, and made sure I had what I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the hotel felt quiet and relaxing. It’s clear the staff care about providing good service. The location was convenient and easy to reach. I’d definitely come back, especially for how helpful and welcoming the front desk team were.

I had a very good stay at the Quality Hotel & Conference Centre. It was quiet and relaxing, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff were polite, professional, and ready to help. I also appreciated the convenient location and good facilities. A comfortable place to stay, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We keep coming back for the atmosphere, rooms, breakfast, and the bar at The Den. There’s no need for us to go to Edmonton just to get a quiet hotel room. We had a great visit a couple of months ago, and this one was lovely too. The room was very clean, and the sauna was the best part. My boys loved it while I got some online work done and watched them have fun. The service was wonderful from booking through a friend who is the banquet manager, Cris V., to the help from receptionist Donita, the Front Office Manager, and the breakfast staff member in charge, whose name I forgot. Everyone was friendly and found ways to meet our needs, especially since I was checking in with my two little ones. A special thank you to Banquet Sales Manager Cris Vaflor for the excellent service, from my friend's birthday party at the hotel through our two-night stay. Highly recommended!

After being a loyal customer for years, I was told I was banned for smoking, even though I don’t smoke. I was allowed to book rooms, then told on arrival that I couldn’t stay. This happened after my brother was taken from the hotel by ambulance on November 3rd or 4th. When we tried to check in again, I was suddenly banned. The front desk woman had seen me leave with my bags and smiled at me. The next day I got a call claiming I had smoked in the room. I clearly don’t smoke. I arrived at 2 a.m. after a late flight and was told I couldn’t stay. They charged my card, and at one point said they’d given me another chance to stay, but at checkout she said we couldn’t stay again. I’ve taken my business elsewhere and don’t appreciate being accused like that.
