It's a basic hotel with the amenities listed on the website. The location was good, and the rooms were mostly clean, though they need updating. We used Wyndham points, so I can't speak to the price. Check-in went smoothly even at midnight, and parking was good. We didn't use the pool, but saw the slide in the morning, which the kids would have loved.

We stay here every time we drive through Fort Nelson, and it's our favorite hotel in Canada. The rooms that open right onto the car are handy when you have things that can't freeze. There's a big, hot hot tub, and the waterslide keeps our kid busy until they're ready to fall asleep. Breakfast is fine, and the coffee's a little weak. For a super 8, it's an A+.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the front desk clerks were polite and welcoming. It made a good place to rest after a long day, and I'd come back for another quick overnight stop. I had trouble connecting my phone to the WiFi, though my daughter had no problem. Also, the women's change room bathroom by the pool ran out of toilet paper that evening. When I mentioned it, the evening clerk didn't seem too concerned, which was disappointing.

I was there for a work trip, and the room was comfortable enough for a short stay. Breakfast was a letdown: the food was cold, and the eggs tasted like shoe leather. I ended up with food poisoning from it, which was quite upsetting. I hope they improve the breakfast quality.

The staff are wonderful, and breakfast is always good. We like the clean rooms, hot tub, and kid-friendly pool too. After a long day on the road, it's a great place to rest. We always look forward to stopping at the super 8 in fort nelson on our trips to alberta and back home to the Yukon.
