The rooms were clean and the staff friendly, but they weren’t attentive or especially helpful. Breakfast met the standard, though it was mediocre at best. The beds aren’t comfortable, and most rooms have only one queen bed. It’s a great location and feels safe, with a well-lit parking lot. They seem to do just enough to meet Hilton standards, nothing more.

The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the free breakfast, though some of the hot food wasn’t the best quality. The facilities are clean and well kept, and the rooms are comfortable with everything you need. A solid hotel with nice staff.

The service really surprised us, it was exceptional, and the quality was better than we expected. It was very quiet around the holidays, so I can’t say what it’s like when busy. We’d definitely come back.

The location is a bit weird, but I liked this place a lot. It has everything for a medium to long stay. The corridor vents are frosty, so bring sweaters, but the rooms are comfortable once you’re inside. Clean floors, a dishwasher in every suite, and an almost perfect bathroom. Breakfast is top drawer, with plenty of just about everything you could think of. The staff are super nice.

It’s disappointing that management won’t make things right by arranging alternate transportation, like a taxi, when the airport shuttle isn’t available despite a week’s notice. Has anyone actually managed to book the complimentary shuttle, or is it just a gimmick to get bookings and then denied as “no availability”?
