We broke down in Fox Creek and managed to get one of the last two rooms. The staff were kind and helpful, and the room was great, with comfortable beds. Breakfast was top notch. It’s well kept and feels upscale, not like a typical Best Western. I hope I never break down anywhere again, but I’d stay here if I pass through Fox Creek.

The supper and breakfast were delicious, and the dining area was neat and tidy. When the kids ate all the food, staff replaced it quickly. The front desk team and everyone working during our hockey tournament were great. The whole experience was much better than I expected. Thanks, it was well worth it!

We stayed for two weeks, but our rewards points never showed up. At checkout, they said they’d be credited the next week. When nothing had arrived after two weeks, I called and was told we were in the system and the points would be added soon. Another two weeks went by; on my next call, they said they couldn’t find us in the system, but promised to raise it with a supervisor. That conversation didn’t resolve anything either, and it’s still unresolved. I’m very disappointed with how this was handled and want to warn others.

The rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was fresh, and the location was great. Everyone was welcoming, from reception to the people serving breakfast. The chef kept replenishing the food about every 10 minutes.

The hotel is immaculate. My room had a massive kitchenette with a full-size fridge, and there was tons of space throughout.
