Best Western Plus Fredericton Hotel & Suites

The room had plenty of space, and the bed was comfortable. Staff were attentive and really friendly, and the place was clean. There isn't a restaurant, though the lounge has a few standard bar snacks, and breakfast is included.

I asked the hotel to share someone's favorite Taylor Swift song, thinking I'd find a quick note in my room. Sav at the front desk turned it into something much more thoughtful: my room was decorated with lyrics from every Taylor Swift album, and there was a kind note with their favorite song, a friendship bracelet, and a Taylor Swift coloring sheet. It made a long work travel week so much better. I often leave hotels silly requests to brighten my day, and this Best Western went way beyond what I expected.

We ended up in Fredericton unexpectedly after a drunk driver hit us on the highway. My husband and I were luckily unhurt, but our vehicle was a write-off, so we stayed at the hotel for three nights waiting for a rental to get back home to Ontario. The staff let us stay a couple of hours past checkout while we picked it up. They made a hard situation easier, and we appreciated the stay.

After two weeks of travelling abroad, this was a great place to rest. It was clean and comfortable, and everyone was friendly. We'd be glad to recommend it and would come back if we're in Fredericton again.
