The front desk woman and the maintenance guy on the overnight shift were fantastic, and they’re why I’ll come back. We had a great stay with my daughters’ hockey team. The rooms are a bit dated, sure, but they were clean.

We found it handy for an overnight stop, right by the motorway and close to the airport. The rooms were clean and fine for a 3 star hotel, breakfast was good, and the service team was friendly.

The night shift woman at the desk was really nice and helpful. The daytime desk staff could use some social skills 😆. The room was clean, though a little dated, and the hotel is conveniently near the hospital and airport. A decent place to stay.

My lower back was covered in bed bug bites after the first night. I told the front desk right away, and they said they’d treat the room while I was out for the day. I took them at their word, which was a big mistake. The next night my left arm and elbow got bitten even worse. Either nothing was done or the infestation is that severe. The room was in unacceptable condition, and management’s failure to act left the place filthy in every sense. Gross. I’ll never come back, and I strongly advise people to stay far, far away. Watch out for bed bugs.

The restaurant food and service were great, and the rooms were clean. It’s an older hotel, but it’s well maintained and the staff are friendly. A great stop while travelling across the rock.
