The coffee bar was great, available all day, and the new woman at the front desk was sweet and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a full kitchenette, full-size fridge, dishwasher, and dishes. The breakfast area looked modern, but it was messy. The garbage was overflowing, kids touched the bread, put it back in the bin, spilled milk on the counters, and ate cereal at the station. There wasn’t enough seating, so adults were standing and eating from the hot plates. If you want a clean breakfast area, this will disappoint. At 1 PM the pool area wasn’t busy, but bread was all over the wet deck, stuck to the walls and chairs, and floating in the pool. There were no towels or staff around to help. That was maddening. The pool was disgusting, and I don’t understand why the common areas weren’t being cleaned.

There’s a light meal at the evening social hour, the beds are comfortable, and the rooms have Van Houtte coffee. All the two-bed rooms have kitchenettes if you want to cook. Rooms are clean, spacious, and modern, with huge TVs. Breakfast is decent and has the usual choices. Good vibes overall.

We brought our dog Ozzy for her first hotel stay and the staff were so accommodating. She says thanks for the treats and pets! Daniel at the front desk was especially friendly and really good at his job. Big thanks to him for making us feel welcome. We had a great two-night stay.

We had an extended stay at Staybridge Suites in London, Ontario, with two rooms and our pets. The staff were friendly, professional, and understanding. The recently upgraded rooms look modern, clean, accessible, and accommodating. We were treated very well, from breakfasts and light suppers made by the in-house staff to fresh linens whenever we asked. I confidently recommend the hotel, 10/10, and would return if I have the chance.
