Surestay Plus By Best Western Windsor

We stayed two nights for a hockey tournament and it was perfect. The rooms were clean and updated, and the staff were friendly all around. The location is handy for highway access, with lots of nearby stores and restaurants. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, and there was plenty of parking.

The hallway smelled like paint and marijuana, and the breakfast was one of the most disgusting I've had at a hotel. They didn't even have ketchup for the dry, over-microwaved “sausages.” Our queen room was VERY tiny, with no little couch or chair to sit on. I'm never staying here again when I'm in Windsor. I'll go somewhere better with a pool, hot tub, and better breakfast. I arrived for work on Dec 12th, 2025 at 1:30 am and had to get up at 6:30 to make our delivery. I asked the front desk for a late checkout at 12:30pm because we'd barely slept. I'm a diamond member elite in their so-called rewards program, but they said it would cost an extra 20.00 per hour. I've stayed in a lot of Best Westerns to earn that status and have always been allowed to stay until at least 12;30, sometimes 1:00 pm, for free. I was really displeased, especially since we arrived so late. When I told the manager I'd leave a bad review because of the lack of service, she looked like she didn't care and said, “it's ok go ahead!” This is by far the WORST Best Western I've stayed at. They won't get my business again.

The place in Westbury was very clean, well kept, and comfortable, and I had a wonderful stay. The staff stood out most. They were gentle, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. They made me feel welcome and looked after the whole time. I highly recommend it for a pleasant, stress-free stay, and I'll definitely be back.

The property was quiet and well maintained, with very clean, modern rooms. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and breakfast was a good full one. Great value, and I'd definitely recommend it.
