Four Points by Sheraton Windsor Downtown

I’m grateful for the women here who make time away from home easier. I travel to Windsor for work regularly and have spent 10+ days here in the last four weeks. I keep coming back for Celeste, Sharon and Ann at the hotel. They’re welcoming, genuine, friendly and professional, always ready to help, and lovely to be around. Ann made me feel cared for the first time I visited several years ago, and this is the only place I stay in the city now. I often eat at the attached restaurant, "The Social Grill," and love that team too. Reese usually serves breakfast and is so sweet. She remembers my order, treats every table kindly and respectfully, and handles the breakfast rush by herself with ease. Chef Brenda clearly knows what she’s doing. Everything tastes great, and the portions are generous, sometimes too generous, though I often save some for lunch. At dinner, Sonia brings an engaging burst of energy to the room and makes everyone feel special. She works the whole room without missing a beat.

The room was very clean and I enjoyed my stay. It was a bit pricey, and the bathroom was extremely small. There wasn’t any information in the room about the amenities, so I didn’t know much about them. Still, it was nice overall, and I’d return without hesitation.

Our room cost 260.00, and we should have picked another hotel. The place is so noisy they provide ear plugs. There was a draft coming through the windows even with the heat on, and hockey players were running through the halls banging on doors. I know the parental supervision was the issue, and the hotel did send security to deal with it. I wouldn’t stay here again.

They really went above and beyond for our stay, and I’ll definitely come back. This hotel has what I want: a good location and amenities.
