The mall is right across the street, and the included breakfast was probably the best part. The hotel is very clean, though it feels older. We could hear the people above us talking and pounding on the floor, and the floors here are really squeaky and soft underfoot.

The rooms are clean and arranged well, even if they feel a bit dated. Wi-Fi was fast, and breakfast was included. It’s a nice enough place, just not as fancy as some other Steele Hotels like The Jag. The location makes it easy to walk to the mall, restaurants, and a drugstore. No complaints.

The restaurant and bar were both really nice, and our room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and quiet. I’d seen some negative reviews, but my wife and I enjoyed our stays here. The staff were friendly, efficient, and quick. We’d definitely stay again if we’re in Gander.

After a long evening, the included breakfast really hit the spot. Our flight had been diverted to Gander, and both the staff and the community were very accommodating.

The parking lot could use a little TLC, if I had to pick something to criticize. Otherwise, the staff are very friendly, and I’ve visited a few times and would definitely return. The hotel is clean, with a big comfortable room that’s simple but nice. The restaurant is beautiful, and the breakfast buffet was good at a reasonable price.
