The Mulberry House was a peaceful retreat, with a great pool and hot tub area. We enjoyed walking the trail down to the river. There were breakfast choices for everyone, including GF options, and the hosts CC and Mike were welcoming and accommodating. It was the perfect place for our anniversary, and I have no trouble giving it five stars across the board. We stayed more than one night, which I’m glad we did, since there’s a lot to see and do and it’s worth making extra time. We look forward to coming back in the spring.

On this visit, we tried a different suite, and it was just as lovely as the one we’d stayed in before. There are lots of cozy spots to curl up with a book and a glass of wine, plus a games area where we shared some laughs and a few bevies. The indoor pool and hot tub are a treat in any weather. Cici cooked an amazing breakfast with fresh baked muffins and warm croissants. She also made a wonderful dinner for the four of us on special request. I can’t wait to come back, probably sooner than later. Our first visit was this past summer, and we were so impressed that we had to return with friends. They wanted to see what all the fuss was about. Cici and Michael made us feel like we were staying at a five-star hotel, with everything you could possibly want: each suite has its own style, snacks to help yourself to, a mini fridge, coffee maker, robes, and more. Check them out, you won’t be disappointed.

We had a peaceful, serene stay and even walked to Paris. Since it was summer, the weather was good for the walk. The grand suite felt like a gift, the house is beautiful, and the breakfast was out of this world. If you get to try the mulberry muffins, you may never want another kind again. Thank you for making our anniversary in 2025 so special, even though you didn’t know it was a special weekend for us. You were amazing hosts simply because of who you are. I highly recommend the experience.

Breakfasts to dream about, plus a private dinner that was just delicious. My wife, two friends, and I were thoroughly spoiled at the Mulberry House. It’s the place to go if you want to be pampered and treated like much loved family. A B&B stay worth remembering and repeating.

The grounds above the Grand River have wonderful views, and we took the path down to the riverbank to explore the shoreline. It’s a quiet, peaceful place. The indoor pool is massive, and a great way to start or end the day. The Mulberry House felt like home, and we were treated like family. Breakfast was amazing, and Mike and CC left nothing wanting. We run our own BNB, and this place made us jealous. We’ve stayed at many out of the way properties because average places aren’t our thing. They really know how to look after guests. If you like unique, one of a kind homes, this one belongs on your list.
