Sharon was our host while Charlene and Ken were away, and she was friendly, helpful, and a real professional. She treated us like family and did everything she could to make us happy. The owners are lucky to have her. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the location was good, and the hospitality was excellent. Marilyn and I will be back again and again. Thanks for the experience.

The people working there were terribly rude. We’d been told that if we brought our own tubes, we could park and go down the river for free, and they’d help us get organized. When our group arrived with kids and started blowing up the tubes, they said we couldn’t stay or park. We said we were just finishing up and would leave. We’d been there about half an hour, and the lot wasn’t even full. Then they came back and said they’d call the police if we weren’t gone in five minutes. Are you kidding? One star.

We had a lovely few days as a family of six. The lodge was spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed, with parking right there. Canoes, boats, kayaks, and SUP boards were available on site, which made the trip even better. Sauble Beach was close, either a short drive or even walk. Thanks again!

Our family vacation group now has 19 people, and we come to Sauble River Marina every year. The wonderful people there always get everything organized for us. We have the best day canoeing, kayaking, and swimming at the falls. Thanks so much from Cathy and family.

The location has potential, but I wouldn’t go back with these owners. They were among the most unpleasant people I’ve dealt with, rude, unhelpful, and antagonistic for no reason. Their attitudes were awful. It felt like they wanted to make money while doing as little as possible and didn’t care about customers or people. They showed no self-awareness or manners.
