The rooms have updated amenities, and the staff were friendly and easy to deal with. There are two microwaves for guests in the lobby since the rooms don’t have any. It’s an older hotel, so the rooms, halls, and floors have a vintage feel. Ask the staff about the hotel’s history and story, it’s pretty interesting.

I’d booked a king room a month ahead, but was first given two doubles. One quick call to the desk fixed it, and within two minutes I had an upgraded king room. The room was spotless, the shower pressure was great, and everyone I met on staff was really friendly. I also loved the heated indoor parking. Thanks Four Points, it was a great stay for an affordable price.

I’ve found the pricing reasonable for the area, and the location works well for both sightseeing and business, just across the Ottawa River on the Quebec side. I’ve stayed at the Four Points a couple of times and each visit has been pleasant. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, with decent amenities, and the staff are helpful and friendly. It’s a convenient, reliable option in Canada's Capital Region (Ottawa-Gatineau).

The room was clean and had the usual Marriott feel, and underground parking was handy. The front desk staff, though, were pretty unfriendly. It felt like we were doing them a favor just by asking questions, and they kept talking to each other as if we were interrupting.

This was our second stay, and the rooms are still lovely, clean, and nicely decorated. The beds, pillows, and sheets are incredibly comfortable, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. My only complaints are that the heating and cooling fan is noisy, and breakfast should be included for the room price.
