'eh' Canadian Lodge

Denise and Loren were lovely hosts and shared a few ideas for hikes nearby. We spent most of the trip in Yoho valley, about a 40-minute drive away. The kitchen was very well equipped, and there was plenty of space for our group of 10, from sitting together for meals and games to telling stories. Everyone had an ensuite bathroom too. It was a perfect base for our hiking trip and a great place for a family or friends gathering. We'd absolutely recommend it.

There are lots of cross-country ski trails around the property, enough to head out for hours, and we loved skating on the pond out front. We could also admire the horses and mountains through the lodge windows. My family and I spent the 2018 holiday at Eh Canadian Lodge, meeting up from across the country, and the place had everything we needed for all 19 of us. Denise and Loren, who own and run it, are incredibly friendly and have done wonderful work on the lodge and grounds. The checkout requests were clear, and we were happy to follow them. I'd highly recommend enjoying and respecting all the beauty this place has to offer.

The hosts were helpful and pleasant, and the scenery was beautiful. Our group of 10 had lots of space, with outdoor decks and big picture windows to enjoy the views. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, everything was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The accommodation was better than I'd hoped. I'd highly recommend it for a large group.

Denise was so lovely to work with and really accommodating. We rented the Lodge recently and had an incredible, memorable weekend. It was spotless, and I can't say enough good things about the place. I highly recommend it. Thanks for a great stay!
