Ramada Limited Golden

The heater kept making a strange noise all night, so my family and I were awake for most of it. The whole stay was poor and pathetic, with rude staff and a breakfast that was a big joke. We checked in Thursday night and found hairs all over the room and dirty sheets. When I complained, the front desk wouldn't even change our room and told us to speak to the manager in the morning. At checkout, the manager was nowhere to be found; another staff member said she couldn't do anything about the dirty room and told me to email the manager. I later learned manager Meva Dhami didn't start until 10-10:30 am. When I called at 11 am, I was told she had gone to lunch, lol. Despite my trying to reach them multiple times, the manager never called back.

The rooms were spacious and well appointed, and the staff were friendly. The hotel has a nice pool and hot tub, and breakfast was very good and included in the price. I'd recommend it for a stay in Golden.

The room had blood and snot on the pillows, which felt like a biohazard. They offered only a 15% discount and no refund. I wouldn't stay here unless you want to feel dirty. The manager needs to act like an adult and talk to staff about cleaning better. My name is hidden for privacy. I'll be contacting health services.

Harman and the staff were excellent. They handled our requests and shared useful information about the surrounding area. The rooms and common spaces were clean, and the gym was much better than others in this price range.
