We had a lovely stay. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the bathtub was just right for relaxing after a long day. We asked to upgrade to a room with a tub, and the staff made the whole thing easy and were very accommodating. If you’re after a comfortable, relaxing place and don’t need fancy lights or anything over the top, this is a great choice. We really enjoyed our time and would definitely come back.

It’s about 10 minutes from town. The room had a bit of a funky feel, with a high wooden ceiling, and we had a microwave. Basic motel room, with a firm and fairly comfortable bed and a shower with good pressure.

Check-in was easy thanks to the woman at the front office, who was welcoming, friendly, and informative. Our room was clean and quiet. The cable box wasn’t working, so the TV didn’t work either.

The family who owns and runs Motel Bonsoir In Granby were friendly and personable, and seemed to want guests to have a good stay. The room was adequately clean, the pool was enjoyable, and there were lots of families staying there. The location is excellent, right on the Main Street that leads everywhere. Breakfast is available in the morning for a modest fee. I did have concerns about the owner’s German Shepherd on the property, which can act aggressively toward guests at times, apparently at random. I brought this up with the owner, but they denied facts I had personally witnessed.

There are lovely gardens and a play structure for kids outside, and zoo tickets are sold at a discount. It’s a good location, and the rooms were mostly clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy, but it works for families. Our room could have used a bedside lamp and an outlet near the bed.
