Neranji made breakfast a lovely start to the day. She was bubbly and friendly, and kept the room clean and well stocked. The food was tasty, too, with a good variety included.

We found a bedbug crawling on our pillow during a stay at the end of November 2025. We trapped it in a cup, took it to the front desk and asked to change rooms. The receptionist didn't seem surprised and brushed off the concern like it was normal. When we raised it again at checkout the next morning, staff said they'd spoken with their manager and denied having bedbugs, practically calling us liars despite the bug and our photo evidence. They clearly aren't taking proper steps to keep things clean and prevent an infestation. Do not stay here.

I stay in plenty of hotels for work, but this time I was here with my kids. The breakfast was genuinely good for a hotel breakfast, without everything being coated in grease. Neranjl did a very good job keeping the food clean, fresh and warm, and her service was great. Good job, breakfast ladies.

Breakfast options don't work for people getting up early for work, and the customer service is absolutely horrible, rude and entitled. The rooms are always dirty, and they don't change the sheets unless you ask firmly. They never vacuum either. I'd look for somewhere else unless this is the last room available in the GP area. I'd rather sleep in my truck in -40C than stay here again.
