Quality Inn & Suites

The breakfast was a highlight on both mornings, especially the coffee, which was crazy good. My room was looked after daily, and I never needed to ask the staff for anything. The stays were peaceful, with good soundproofing between spaces. I was in a smoking kitchenette, though it could use a few more basic supplies. From my experience travelling, Quality Inn in Grande Prarie is a great place to stay, and I highly recommend it.

Rosa, the weekday breakfast attendant, was one of the kindest people I've met, and she showed me how to get perfect waffles from the iron. The breakfast spread was nice, too. I also chatted with housekeeping while sitting outside after work. Anne Marie turned out to be from my hometown, and she was so sweet. I didn't catch the other woman's name, but she was lovely as well. Say hello to the cleaning staff, they appreciate it. The young man at the weekend front desk was very helpful and nice, though I didn't get his name either. For a work trip, the room itself was great: a full kitchen with a stove, full-size fridge, and dishwasher, plus a separate bedroom with a king bed. The sofa looked a bit dated, and smart TVs would have been nice, but those little things didn't affect my stay. I was surprised they had smoking rooms, which could be handy if that's what you're looking for. They're all on one floor, and I got a third-floor room after reading reviews when I found out my company had booked me here. Thanks, Quality Inns, for making the trip enjoyable. And sorry to the staff if my unicorns caused any trouble while I was at work. If work brings me back to GP, I hope my company sends me here again. More than five stars from me.

The pool was AMAZING, and the games room was fun. Our room felt cozy and was clean, and the staff were accommodating. Breakfast was great for a continental spread, especially the warm options.

The hotel is clean and has a gym, though getting between the towers is a little odd. It seems like some people may live here, since families with young kids appear to be staying long term, judging by the waste left in the hallways. That does make it noisy.
