Silver Crest Lodge

The office decides when it’s open, apparently. I couldn’t get drinks because it was closed even though the sign said open. When I asked for clean towels, they told me it was too late and I should’ve asked housekeeping earlier, while we were out. These guys are cooked!!!!!

Ravi and Arman kept my family comfortable and were available around the clock. They adjusted the TV for us and arranged a late checkout. The rooms have a full-size fridge and stove, a nice extra for an already reasonable nightly rate. McDonalds is next door, with the mall and grocery store across the road. I’ll be back.

I was a little unsure about staying here, but room 129 turned out to be pretty good. It was a bit cold, so they gave me a space heater. The next morning I got my deposit back and headed on my way. The staff were very nice, and I’ll definitely stay again.

Our workers couldn’t stay even one night because the rooms were dirty, with stains all over the carpets, so we had to send them to another hotel. There seemed to be drug dealing or a party in the next room, and someone who seemed addicted kept knocking on our door all night. We left because we didn’t feel safe. There was no staff member at the desk when we went to report it. We were lucky we didn’t call the police.
