We had to leave in the middle of the night, and they wouldn’t refund any of my money. On arrival, the bathtub was dirty and had hair in it, the bed hadn’t been made, and there were chips on the floor. There was mould on the carpet, bed, ceiling and curtains, and bed bugs too. Do not stay here.

I found bedbugs and fleas during my stay and had to leave early. The place was extremely disgusting, and the owner, booda, was very rude. Honestly, it was the worst hotel experience I’ve had. I genuinely recommend staying at any other hotel in Bracebridge.

The bleach smell on the sheets was so harsh I couldn’t sleep. There’s something wonderful about that.

The room was clean and tidy, and the pool felt great in the hot, humid weather. I enjoyed my five-day stay, and the family who own the place were very friendly. They also gave useful tips about nearby services and shops. The rate was better than motels in the neighboring town centres. There’s a restaurant next door with good breakfast, plus gasoline and a convenience store. Recommended.

Internet quality was so bad it might as well not exist. The employees are polite, but they come into your room whenever they please. Police are often on site because of problems. The pool is a lie, and the room wasn’t cleaned well. I found unidentified pills, stickers and bugs.
