Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Langley

On January 27th around 3:00 PM, check-in was awful. The female receptionist and male staff member at the desk were rude, arrogant, and unprofessional from the start, making us feel like an inconvenience instead of paying guests. Even though we'd requested a king-size bed, we were told it was “not available” and had to take a queen-size, with no explanation, alternative, or basic apology. The room also wasn't properly prepared: there was no drinking water, soap, or toothpaste. The rest of the staff were generally fine, but those two receptionists working the evening of 27-01-2026 ruined the stay. We had booked two nights and checked out the next morning because we felt uncomfortable and dissatisfied. It was deeply disappointing and unacceptable. I'll never return, and based on how we were treated, I strongly advise others to avoid the hotel.

Fred (GM) and Evan at the front desk took wonderful care of my family during our recent stay. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast was great, but the people running the place stood out most. It feels clear that they care about their guests. I've stayed in hotels with more amenities, yet the service here was outstanding. Thanks to Fred and Evan for making the visit so positive. I'd happily stay again and recommend the hotel.

I enjoyed our stay, and the included breakfast was awesome. We had no trouble finding a spot even though the parking area is small. The room was okay, but they hadn't refilled the body wash.

This place can be hit or miss. The breakfast was good, but they stopped serving at 930am even though it was supposed to run until 10am. That's frustrating for late breakfast eaters, especially at $260 a night. Parking was fairly limited, with some spaces blocked off and no explanation. The location is decent for getting elsewhere, though the hotel itself is surrounded by an industrial area and a vacant gravel lot. Staff were mixed, some couldn't speak English and some seemed unsure if they liked their jobs. The rooms were okay, but the bathroom containers for shampoo and body wash had soap scum, and the tub drained so poorly that I stood in about half a foot of water. Hot or cold, take your pick.
