The front desk person was nice, but room 120 was a letdown. There was no heat or hot water, so I was freezing last night and couldn't wash properly. The cold water also smelled bad. The room wasn't great. It seemed too good to be true, and you get what you pay for.

For the price, this is the best value in Brooks. The staff are really nice and do what they can to help. She saves me a king-size room with a kitchenette, which is great to have at such a good rate. The heating and A/C both work well.

The room was spotless, and the shower was clean and worked well. The air conditioning was great, and check-in was quick and easy. Don't let the decorations put you off. I've stayed in places costing two to four times as much that were dirty. This place is good for a cheap price, and I'd definitely return.

We ended up here after bad weather cut our camping trip short. Even though we arrived at 2 am, all the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was tidy, clean, comfortable, and affordable. We had to leave before using the kitchenette, but it had everything you'd need. We'll definitely stay again when we're in Brooks.

The kitchenette is set up for one person, with a stovetop but no oven, and it worked fine for us. The price was reasonable, about $700 for a week including the pet fee. We brought our two dogs and had no issues. They allow friendly dogs, big or small. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and nearby grocery stores and drive-throughs make the location convenient. There are lots of work crews staying here, so it's generally respectful and quiet. It's on a busy road, though, and traffic can be heard around 5 pm to 9 pm. We were comfortable and happy with our stay.
