We’d booked and paid a full month ahead, but when we arrived at 10:30 pm the office was dark, locked, and empty. There wasn’t even a note. On the phone, we were told no room was available. With every hotel in the city full and my kids still in the car, we ended up driving home at midnight. Calling a “confirmed reservation” a creative suggestion about sums it up. I didn’t expect a hotel to redefine incompetence so boldly. What an absolute joke.

I came to town for work and found the room much better than the two-star rating suggested, almost like a five-star hotel. The beds, room, and bathroom were clean, and the staff were super friendly. I’d recommend it to workers traveling in or around Trois-Rivieres.

The woman who checked us in was welcoming and very patient with my embarrassingly poor French. Pets are accepted for an extremely reasonable fee, which was nice. The motel is well located, with anything you’d need within walking distance. Our room was clean, updated, bigger than I expected, and had a surprisingly spacious bathroom. Great little place for the price. I’d definitely return.

A nice little spot. The people were nice, and the room was clean and comfortable.

C superstore is just a minute from the motel. The room was small but had what a traveler needs, and it felt cozy, cute, and very clean. The receptionist was polite. It was comfortable to stay there, and I saw a lot of families.
