The pool was chaotic, with kids shrieking and running wild while their parents drank or were drunk and let them behave like feral animals. Nobody was supervising them. The noise carried into the hallways too, where kids ran, screamed, and jumped around at all hours while staff did nothing. I had to call the front desk at 11 PM just to get someone to acknowledge it. There were hairs on the sheets on both our bed and the kids’ bunk beds. Breakfast had very little and nothing worth eating. Staying at the Super 8 by Wyndham in Trois-Rivières was a total letdown and a complete waste of money. I’ll never stay there again and can’t recommend it to anyone.

Breakfast was a simple cold spread, with toast and bagels, but it was free. The bathroom and shower were on the small side, though they did what I needed. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and bilingual.

The kids had fun with the big pool slide. Our room was clean, and breakfast was pretty standard but good. The place itself was nice and clean too.

The room was pleasant and clean, and the included breakfast was okay, with fruit salad, pastries, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, cereal, and similar things. There weren't any hot items like we enjoy at Marriott, Hampton Inn, or Holiday Inn, where we'll stay next time. But check-in was beyond awful. The front desk clerk couldn't find my reservation even after I showed him the confirmation, then made me pay the full amount again for the night. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. The manager fixed it the next day, but it started our stay on a terrible note. First and last time at this hotel.

The pool and hot tub were a highlight, and the breakfast was great. My husband and I had a lovely little getaway, with friendly, helpful staff and a spot close to downtown and everything else. I did miss having a treadmill in the exercise room since I'm not used to the elliptical. We'd definitely recommend the hotel and come back.
