The jacuzzi tub was a real treat. I finally got to relax, and the big blanket kept me warm all night, like a bear hug. I’d booked the Bombay room recently, and the comfort there was hard to beat, from the mattress and pillows to the soft robes on the door. Janet’s care shows in the details, from the gardens and banisters to the way the whole home is kept clean and beautifully maintained. I loved seeing the history and James T. Brill’s creative work throughout. It feels like a time capsule, and a chance to get a taste of royalty just by looking around. I’d love to book again soon and see more of it.

The house has so much character, and each part is decorated in a way that feels homey. Our room was cozy, clean, and comfortable, and I really didn’t want to leave the bed. The owner was warm and attentive, and served a lovely breakfast before we checked out. Check-in was easy, everything was ready, and parking right there made things simple. The owners even called later to see how we were doing and remind us they were available if we needed anything. I felt relaxed and looked after. It’s close to the hospital and Homewood, which is handy if you’re visiting someone there. I’d happily come back and recommend it to anyone visiting the Guelph area.

Each room in the Norfolk Guesthouse on Eramosa Road has its own look, which made the stay feel special. The gardens are lovely, and in summer they’re a quiet little oasis. It’s a charming Airbnb with nice amenities. The owner really cares about her guests and goes out of her way to make them happy. She’s attentive, elegant, welcoming, and genuinely lovely. Her attention to detail sets the place apart. A wonderful stay in Guelph, highly recommended.

Janet made the stay for me. She was friendly, accommodating, and ready to help with anything, one of the best hosts I’ve had. The house is charming and comfortable, and from the moment I arrived it felt peaceful and welcoming. The Norfolk Guest House is warm, personal, and beautifully run. It felt like a home away from home, and I’ll absolutely stay again. I recommend it to anyone coming to Guelph.

We had a lovely night in the grand view suite for a celebration, and can’t wait to return. We chose to have breakfast brought to the suite and to check out later. The hosts were welcoming, and breakfast was delicious. The fireplace made the room feel cozy all night, and the bed was comfortable. There was also a jacuzzi bathtub, which was a wonderful treat. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a more special stay without spending too much.
