The two-bedroom suite and balcony suited our needs really well, and having a washer and dryer in the apartment was very helpful. The building manager did everything possible to keep us safe while we isolated. Internet was strong, though it dropped a few times. The kitchen had the basic tools we needed. It would’ve been nice to have hand soap when we arrived, but I knew in advance and came prepared.

The hotel is beautiful, but the cancellation policy and poor communication left me very unhappy. You need to cancel two weeks ahead, which doesn’t work for many trips booked less than two weeks in advance. I found them impossible to reach by phone, and they showed no sympathy, seeming focused only on money. I’d never recommend this hotel.

We had plenty of room for our family during a summer weekend stay, and the location was great. The host answered quickly and helped with our questions. We’d happily stay here again.

I booked a three-week vacation nine months ahead, then they cancelled just seven days before because of “renovation.” They never even told me. I had to message them to find out. Poor communication and completely unreliable.

Nousha was a wonderful, helpful host, and the location was great. We stayed here for five days in August and would highly recommend it. We’ll stay here again. Thank you, Nousha.
