Mary and Cyril made our honeymoon stop feel really special. Their historic home is cozy, spotless, and clearly cared for with a lot of love. After reading its history, I could see how much it meant to Mary and how it had been her dream. We arrived stressed after getting lost on the way back from St. Andrews, hoping to stay near Alma. I called Mary to say we might be late, and she talked us through directions and suggested places where we might find food. The restaurants were shut, but we managed to get microwaveable food at the gas station. When we arrived, Mary had set out a place for us in the kitchen with dinnerware to heat it up, and made us much-needed tea. She'd also turned up the heat in our room so it would be warm. In the morning, she had fruit bowls and orange juice ready, then made coffee, French toast, and muffins. She shared useful tips about the area and where we were headed. Mary has such a sweet, grandmotherly manner, and it was lovely talking with her. Cyril just turned 85, and they both greeted us so warmly. We're grateful we got to spend a night of our honeymoon in their beautiful home. Thank you, Mary and Cyril, for your hospitality.

Hopewell Rock Park is nearby, and the pier is close too. The owners also pointed out several places for us to visit. We felt comfortable right away because they were so friendly. The lady's spectacular breakfast was presented like a dream. If you're after a romantic place with some antiquity, this is a very good option.

The price felt far too high for an average stay. Our room was very small, and breakfast was a letdown: plain pancakes were the only thing offered. The host was polite, though rather stiff, and there wasn't any flexibility around breakfast. Everyone had to eat at 8.

The hosts were really friendly, and breakfast was wonderful. This tastefully decorated century home is in a beautiful area. Mary's Point, Anderson Lighthouse, the Marsh, Cape Enrage, and Fundy National Park are all just a short drive away.

Mary and Cyril were amazing, and the property was beautiful. Breakfast could've been better, though that's me being picky. It's sad they're selling and retiring. I hope the new owners keep the B&B going and carry on Mary's dream and legacy. They'll be missed!
